who we are
Humanity Pact is a registered, women-led, minority-majority, non-profit civil law organization founded in Athens in 2025 by a board with decades of combined experience across the humanitarian sector. Our team brings expertise spanning project management, emergency response, monitoring and evaluation, donor and partner relations, distribution, education, and healthcare - built through years of frontline work, post-conflict support, and advocacy across Europe and the SWANA region.
we are on the ground every day, working directly with refugees, migrants, and other marginalized communities in Athens and beyond. This constant presence means we are continuously informed about the real, immediate issues these communities face - often before they surface in formal reporting or policy discussions. Our challenge, and our motivation as an organization, has been finding the structures to actually act on that knowledge: to turn what we witness daily into concrete interventions rather than letting it go unused.
our vision
we envision a society where refugees, migrants, and other marginalized communities have equal opportunities to participate, contribute, and thrive, not as an afterthought of policy, but as a lived reality in the communities where they settle.
by fostering cooperation, education, and innovation, Humanity Pact aims to become a trusted partner for communities and organizations working toward positive social change, in Greece and internationally.
our mission
our mission is to empower people and communities by designing and supporting initiatives that promote education, inclusion, gender equality, and civic participation, alongside cultural exchange, environmental responsibility, and social innovation.
we work to strengthen cooperation between nonprofit, grassroots organizations, public institutions, educational institutions, volunteers, and local communities, turning that cooperation into practical solutions for the challenges we see on the ground every day.
through partnerships, educational activities, community engagement, capacity building and advocacy , Humanity Pact contributes to a more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient society.
